This hotel offers a great location right near everything that happens in town. It is close to the shopping street and on the shores of Lake Baikal. The rooms have a good view of the lake, and the bathrooms are large and equipped with a hairdryer. The service is helpful and concerned, and the breakfast has a good variety. The hotel also has facilities such as a rooftop bar with a great view of the lake.
The hotel lacks some facilities, including limited options for families with kids.

I recently stayed at Mayak Hotel in Listvyanka and it was a great experience. Our group of 17 people had a late arrival, but the reception team was helpful and arranged our rooms promptly. Although the standard rooms were small, they were comfortable and had everything we needed. The highlight was the exceptional view of Lake Baikal from our room. The hotel's location was excellent, with a bus stop opposite and a shopping street nearby. The restaurant at Mayak Hotel was also top-notch, with excellent quality, presentation, and service. it was a memorable stay in Listvyanka.
Totally recommend this hotel.

The Mayak Hotel in Irkutsk is ideally located in Listvianka, not far from the bus station. The reception staff speaks English, which was helpful. The bar on the top floor offers a great view and the ground floor restaurant is good, especially considering the limited nearby dining options. Our studio room on the sixth floor had an awesome view and a high ceiling. Room service was prompt and reasonably priced, and the included breakfast was healthy and delicious.
No complaints.

The hotel is conveniently located not far from the bus station, making it easily accessible for guests. It is also opposite the bus terminus and close to the lake, offering beautiful views. According to the reviews, guests were disappointed to be turned away from the rooftop bar, which indicates it has a great view of the lake.
The breakfast served at the hotel was reportedly lacking in quality and organization, with guests having to grab whatever was available.

Attentive staff, spacious lobby, and good breakfast. Convenient location near bus stop, tourism offices, and market. 2 restaurants available. Comfortable rooms with lake and mountain views.

Great Lake views from terrace, excellent quality food at restaurant, and convenient location close to the ferry wharf for easy transport options.
Rooms are small and not the most comfortable, and staff at the dining room can struggle with English and service can be slow. However, overall a good option for one or two nights stay.

Great location close to the lake and convenient transportation from the airport arranged by staff. Clean and comfortable room with a lovely view of the lake. Helpful staff that provided an extra quilt upon request and had a water cooler available for guests' use.
Nothing for us.

The service provided by the staff was top-notch, with efficient and friendly service at the reception desk. The room amenities were excellent, including a well-stocked mini-bar and complimentary toiletries. The hotel also offered free Wi-Fi, ample car parking, and a delicious breakfast.

This hotel had great complementary breakfast and fast Wi-Fi. Its location is convenient, especially for winter travelers like me who used the bus to arrive directly across the street from the hotel. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating, adding to the cozy and inviting atmosphere.
The downside of my experience was the room size. It was small and limited in space, making it difficult to move around comfortably.

The hotel is situated in an ideal location close to the boat station and public transportation. The staff is friendly and very helpful, arranging transportation and providing local information. The Georgian restaurant downstairs serves delicious food and the rooms have a roomy bathroom.
The hotel is noisy and busy, especially during the day, with the road, parking lot, and bus station right in front. The smaller rooms are cramped and not very clean.
